Taken from arguably the BEST music festival Chicago EVER had - FREEFEST. For a 6yr run, Wayne Kusy and staff put on their own Chicago style "woodstock" right on the lakefront featuring ONLY Chicago bands from 9am until the police shut it down. Discs of the bands performing were in high demand, and are very rare for collectors. Simple Simon was absolutely proud to be a part of it for three years. This was 1994's double disc.
Senseless (by John Scholtes) Simple Simon becomes less Red Hot Chili Peppers and more Rage Against the Machine with their second effort, Bitter Taste of Americana. The music becomes overall louder and harder, the vocals more aggressive. This is a song against gang violence.
